Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:

The Undergraduate Teaching Assistant (UGTA) will assist faculty teaching the freshman common engineering course in a lab setting. Duties will include troubleshooting student technical and engineering problems, setting up labs or project materials, and potentially assisting with grading lab assignments.

Requirements:

NB: The UGTA is an appointed position and all students must be referred specifically by an EGR faculty member. The UGTA must have previously successfully completed the course and possess the ability to understand, analyze & solve a variety of problems. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, Matlab, and the EGR network are required.
