Computer Support Technician with excellent customer service skills, knowledge & experience . The tech will supervise daily operations and provide tech support to students, faculty and staff. You will troubleshoot, configure, repair hardware & software malfunctions. You will install program specific software. Knowledge of Windows & MAC is a plus.
