Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:
  • Provide Villanova faculty/staff/students with live “off-hours” Level 1 web conferencing and LMS support.
  • Assist faculty/staff/students with hybrid classroom technology.
  • Assist with overflow helpdesk tickets from CIT staff.
  • Assist with CIT projects where needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with web conferencing technology and Learning Management Systems (Blackboard)
  • Good technical knowledge of the Windows and MAC OS environments
  • Ability to work independently
  • Available for early evening shifts 5-9PM, 2-4 nights per week
Additional Information:

Seeking to hire for 2017-2018 school year and possibly beyond. Position will start Summer semester 2017 (mid May 2017).

Physical Demands Summary:
Wage Rate: $11.40/hour
